Q: When will I receive my product? A: Generally, you can call or e-mail us to track an order. Also to get a better idea of when your item will ship, you may contact our customer service department before you place the order for current stock status and available quantity. Generally, all orders ship within 7-10 business days and arrive within 10-12 business days.
Q: Is the cover waterproof?
A: All of our covers are highly water repellant, shedding water easily while maintaining breathability. This is an extremely important consideration in the selection of a cover because a waterproof cover can actually harm your RV. Waterproof covers can trap moisture from condensation allowing damaging mold and mildew to form. Our state-of-the-art finish repels water while allowing your coach to breathe.
Q: What does the overall length include? A: You should measure your vehicle before purchasing a cover. If you click on the size you need, the description on the webpage will state what is included in the overall length. See our Measuring Your RV page.
Q: How do I receive a Good Sam discount? A: You must contact customer service with your Good Sam member number prior to ordering and they will apply the discount.
Q: Can I pay for expedited shipping? A: Yes. You must contact customer service so we can make sure the item is on hand and we will have to take the order over the phone.
Q: What does the warranty cover? A: The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free of defects at time of manufacture. The warranty does cover normal wear. The cover must be properly installed, utilized and maintained. If there is a defect, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) the cover provided the customer prepays freight to and from the factory. See our Shipping-Tracking-Return and Warranty Info page.
Q: I’m interested in purchasing the Goldline but the length of my trailer falls on the cusp of two sizes. Which size should I go with? A: Because the Goldline cover will not stretch, we suggest going with next larger size.
Q: How do I measure the height? A: Measure the side wall. Height does not include the AC unit and the from the ground to the bottom of the vehicle.
Q: Which cover is better for areas of extreme heat and sunlight? A: Expedition would be an excellent economical choice. The Goldline is the best for desert and high UV areas. The Goldline is an excellent choice if you want a universal cover and plan on keeping your unit for an extended period of time. Q: Is a signature required for delivery? A: A signature may be required for American Express customers if your order is shipped to an address other than the billing address.
Q: I live in Canada / Hawaii / Alaska. How do I order if your checkout page doesn't give me the option? A: For customers who live in Canada, Hawaii or Alaska, you must contact customer service by phone or e-mail. Canadian customers will have to call our local phone number (760) 268-0747.
